SALES CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATES
Our Sales Customer Service Associates cater to customers in the United States. Tasks include verifying customer information, answering product inquiries, closing sales and administering back office support. VectorBPO is always on the lookout for talented, skilled and innovative people who have the following qualities/competencies:
� Strong customer service orientation
� Excellent oral and written English communication skills
� Sales oriented
� Ability to multi -task while maintaining focus on customer
� Value and understand teamwork.
� Drive for excellence
� Effective probing skills
� Detail oriented and capable of following through efficiently
� Basic knowledge in computer application
� Flexible to shifting schedules, and working on graveyard shifts, overtime and holidays
� With at least 6 months experience in the call center industry
